Hello again, everyone! I’m going to try to reboot this blog a bit and post regularly again. A lot has happened in my life over the past few years; I got married, was unemployed for a year and a half, got a new job, and recently had a bouncing baby boy. I’m still vegan and still cooking, although my recipes have been adapted a bit to shorten cooking time. Ain’t nobody got time to spend 2 hours in the kitchen a night when you have kids! So hopefully this re-adaptation will appeal to busy folks like myself. I’m also now more natural than ever, both in my parenting techniques and in my own day-to-day lifestyle. I feel like being a mother has just opened another chapter in my quest for compassionate and healthful living. My goal is to share as much information and simple advice as possible with my readers, so we can all be on this journey to healthy living together! Here’s to new beginnings. Cheers!
